Visited Hinterland Caravans a couple of weeks ago to select our colour preferences for our new build Vivid Explorer, which was ordered during a visit to the 2026 Melbourne caravan show - unfortunately we were unable to attend the Gold Coast caravan show. Even though our van was not ordered from the Hinterland dealership, Hinterland colour expert Katie made time in her very busy day to assist us, thank you very much Katie your assistance was invaluable. We had a really positive experience dealing with Rian and the team. Although we ultimately decided not to go ahead with purchasing the caravan, the process was handled professionally from start to finish. Rian was friendly, easy to deal with, and very understanding of our situation. We just recently purchased a used caravan and had Rian help us with everything, all paperwork was straight forward, finance approved within 24 hrs and picked up within 2 weeks as some things needed attending to first. We picked up the van in brand new condition show room quality and had a great informative hand over from Damian. This is the second Caravan. I have bought from hinterland caravans. And Rian As our salesman We couldn’t be happier with the van this time around exactly like the first fan and the sales service was exceptional.
