“Michael and I would like to say how happy we have been with the service of your staff.

Bill, Karl and Kim to name a few were very understanding and helpful to us seeing as we annoyed them for around 2 years, while trying to find a caravan that suited our needs and finally we did, a Crusader Serenity.

To the Service Department we could not be happier with these people. From the day we went down to exchange vans all the staff were very obliging and made the transition very easy.

We did however encounter a problem with the fridge and a few minor issues. Lisa organised for the van to go to Dometic we dropped the van off and the staff did the rest, all the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Please pass on to Bill and all the staff in sales, and to Cameron and all the service department, our deep appreciation and sincere thanks.

You really do have a great bunch of people working for you.”
