Allytech represents much more than a standard aluminium frame; it is a completely timber-free shell construction, ensuring that your floor, roof, and walls contain no timber. Our process begins with a robust in-house fully box section, 1.3mm gauge aluminium frame, which is then meticulously lined with a single piece of fibreglass for each internal wall. This crucial step safeguards against potential water damage, unlike many manufacturers who opt for plywood sheeting that can still lead to vulnerabilities. We enhance the insulation with XPS, renowned for its exceptional thermal performance, providing an elevated level of insulation not only against temperature fluctuations but also against sound. To complete the Allytech package, we incorporate a honeycomb floor, finalising the timber-free shell construction while significantly reducing overall weight.

Fibretech features a completely timber-free shell construction, meaning that your floors, roofs, and walls contain no timber at all. The design emphasizes sustainability and environmental responsibility through the use of eco-friendly recyclable materials. These materials not only help to minimize our ecological impact but also guarantee that the final product is odorless, fostering a healthy and pleasant living environment. Beyond its eco-conscious attributes, our product is impressively lightweight, being around 25% lighter than conventional framing options, which simplifies handling during installation and enhances the overall efficiency of the structure. Additionally, it carries a B1 Low flammability rating, ensuring excellent fire safety. Its built-in moisture resistance makes it suitable for diverse settings, while its resistance to chemicals and corrosion adds to its durability. The incorporation of GAC Poly board as a primary element underscores the premium quality materials used in its construction, ensuring both longevity and reliability. Furthermore, our product is distinguished by its unique interlocking cabinetry, delivering a smooth and visually appealing finish.

Featuring a sturdy meranti frame with stud spacings of just 27.5cm, it is expertly crafted to withstand the rigors of the harsh Australian environment. This construction is enhanced by a seamless marine ply floor, a single-piece fibreglass roof, protective aluminium checker plate lower panels, durable alucobond composite wall panelling, and comprehensive insulation.
