Allytech is more then just an aluminium frame, it is a 100% timber free shell construction, meaning your floor, roof and walls have no timber in the construction. It starts with our own in house fully box section, 1.3mm gauge aluminium frame which is then prepared and lined with one piece fibreglass for each internal wall, this is an important part of the process in future proofing against any water damage, a lot of manufacturers that use an aluminium frame still line their internal walls with ply sheeting which means it is still susceptible to water damage, we then upgrade the insulation to XPS which has amazing thermal properties giving you an advanced level of insulation not just against temperature but also noise, we then finish off the Allytech pack with a honeycomb floor completing the timber free shell construction and reducing your overall weight.
